No fireworks tonight: rained out
Gabriola fire chief Rick Jackson has announced that there will be no fireworks at Twin Beaches tonight. This is because it’s gonna pour, and who wants to stand around in the rain? Nobody. So the event has been postponed until Friday, November 9th, which looks much better as far as weather goes.
There will still be hot chocolate, hot dogs, treat-bags of candy for little goblins, and lots of fireworks. Just not tonight.

Thanks for re-scheduling, Rick! Fireworks will be much more fun when we are not getting rained upon. :-)
