Yam quesadillas at Harvest Thyme: yum!
I am fond of yams, as you might have guessed. Still, when Robyn at Harvest Thyme suggested I try a yam quesadilla, I thought she was off her rocker. Whoever heard of yam in a quesadilla, after all? Clearly an insane idea, but I said yes anyway.
That yam quesadilla was awesome.
I was disappointed the next day to find that yam quesadillas weren’t on the menu after all; they had only been a test item.
I’ve been pestering Robyn ever since, and finally she’s added yam quesadillas to the menu. You’ve got to go try them, kids. Yummy, yummy, yummy. Tell the Harvest Thyme people that you read about them on some blog.

My co-worker and I get a pizza from them each week… and indeed Yum Yum and Yum. FYI: you can pick up an entire large pizza there for $20! You could ask Robyn to be certain, but we suspect every time it is made from mozzarella cheese made on premise. Creamy! TIP: get to it while it is hot!
