mozzarella cheeseHey, Gabriola foodies! Harvest Thyme is offering a cheese-making workshop. You’ll learn to make your own mozzarella and paneer, and will get to sample the finished cheeses before you go home.

The workshop is free, but space is limited. When you sign up you’ll be asked to pay a 5.00 registration fee; you’ll get that back in the form of a store credit when you show up for the workshop. How cool is that?
